ONLINE ORDER THROUGH WEBSITE If you need to send your purchase back because of faulty item(s) or wrong sizing, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange and return. In case of wrong sizing (chosen by customer) or any other mistake made by customer , you will need to bear the shipping cost back and forth. However, if the mistake is from our side, we will bear the shipping cost back and forth. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all KAYLA tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. PHYSICAL STORES We only accept exchanges. No refund is allowed. Exchange item must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. You are welcome back to our store within 7 days from the date of receipt. Item cannot be exchanged after 7 days. Item must be returned with tags still attached and must be in original packaging complete with the original receipt. Please note that the exchange of item is subject to store availability. Once you send back your item, we assume you agreed to our Return Policy. Important thing to note is that we will not entertain any exchange / refund at the boutique if you order online.
